For a Cantonese who doesn't eat spicy food, it takes courage to set foot in Chongqing.

1. Spicy hot pot in Chongqing

The air is full of spicy fragrance of hot pot, and hot pot restaurants are blooming everywhere.

It's my first time to try Chongqing's spicy food, which comes from Jie Fangbei's Haoyoulai hot and sour powder.

it's slightly spicy, but the layer of red oil floating on it is daunting enough. At first, the sour taste of vinegar neutralized the spicy taste, and it was still acceptable to swallow, and the slight spicy taste was addictive.

but in less than a quarter of an hour, the hanging heart has not been completely put down, and the spicy food continues to heat up, and the pores on the scalp seem to open at once. It feels like a boiled kettle, and the boiling steam can't wait to spurt out from the spout. Sweat seeped out at once, and I only felt as if the ancients had opened up the second pulse of Ren Du, making me feel comfortable.

this is really a pleasant experience for me who often stays in an air-conditioned room and doesn't exercise and sweat much.

The second time I relived the spicy food in Chongqing, I was in a hot pot restaurant.

After sitting on the Yangtze River cableway, the group saw an old hotpot restaurant that was grounded.

There are only five tables in the store, and they are almost full. In the cauldron lying on the pit of the cement base, bright red peppers dance with rolling red oil, and the rising heat and dripping sweat Qi Fei.

I ordered a mandarin duck pot, and there was only a small circle of clear soup in the middle of it. With the spirit of not being afraid of death, I gently took the hairy belly cooked in clear soup into spicy soup, and ate it with vinegar and garlic sauce with local characteristics. It was said that it was spicy, and it was really delicious.

You can treat me like goose intestines, ham sausages and sea cabbage. My lips and tongue have lost their taste because of their spicy taste, so I can only eat clear soup honestly. It's a pity that it's too late. Although I ate clear soup, the boiling temperature in my mouth is still the same, and even if the food is delicious, it only tastes "spicy".

So, as a foodie, Chongqing hot pot really makes me love and hate.

2. Bright night scenes in Chongqing

The bright lights at night show the prosperity of Chongqing.

Hongya Cave is not far from Jie Fangbei, and it is within walking distance. In the mountain city of Chongqing, the road is like a romantic melody, which rises and falls slowly, which is somewhat similar to Hong Kong. Going uphill and downhill, climbing stairs, walking through roads and alleys, and following the navigation on the mobile phone all the way, I am familiar with Chongqing step by step.

Hongya Cave is built on a mountain, and just looking at it from a distance is like being in a psychedelic scene in the Spirited Away. As soon as it was dark and the lights were on, the world really kicked off. It takes the "Diaojiaolou" style with the most traditional architectural features of Bayu as the main body, and takes tourists back to the mysterious dynasty by means of layered platform building, hanging feet, staggered stacking and cliff-facing. It seems that as long as you look back, a gentle and graceful girl or a handsome boy will turn out next to the carved wooden railing, or smile or hold a folding fan.

The Qiansimen Bridge across the Yangtze River, like a bridge between reality and dreams, shines with dense and bright brilliance, which seems to light up half the night sky. On the other side of the river, the tall buildings are hidden in the night, and they are close to each other, just like the mountains in Chongqing. The lights in the building are transparent, and the stars seem to be far and near. No matter how busy and colorful you are, as long as you look far away, it is like a lifetime ago, bringing people into a quiet and ethereal environment. Like a mirage, like a city in the sky, people can't move their eyes for a long time. My thoughts drifted away with the breeze of the river, and the reflection of the vast river was full of waves and colors.

This spectacular display of dazzling lights has also earned Chongqing the title of "Little Hong Kong".

on the way back to the hotel, through the taxi glass, the street lamps are retreating at a high speed, and the distant lights seem to never end. Even as a night returner, surrounded by warm lights, although quiet, I will never feel lonely. Chongqing, a city in full swing, let me see her warm side in the dead of night.

3. The spectacular scenery of Chongqing

It's less than seven o'clock when we set off from the hotel for Tiansheng Third Bridge, and the sky is bright enough. The sun shines down, and on both sides of the expressway, the green hills and white fog are filled, like a fairyland. Endless, from a distance, it looks like a piece of island in Halong Bay, Vietnam, with endless mountains and mountains.

After driving the winding mountain highway, it seems that the bustling city has been far away. The villages we saw along the way were deserted and self-sufficient. Large tracts of trees and fields, deep and shallow green paved natural scenery make people feel happy and comfortable.

Tiansheng No.3 Bridge has spectacular tiankeng terrain. If you enter from the second entrance, you should go deep underground step by step around the terrain. Along the way, both sides of the path are covered with lush plants. Being close to nature always makes people feel peaceful and excited. Everything here is in the most primitive state, which is not polluted by the times or destroyed by the modern process. It seems that what you see in front of you is no different from the distant past.

when I finally reach the foot of the mountain, I look up and see that there are mountains all around, and there are caves in the mountains, so I can pass through them.

the wonder of nature is that it is like whatever you say as long as you use your imagination. What "broadsword reflection" and "fish jumping over the dragon gate" are amazing. I wonder if it is coincidence or ingenuity. We sometimes walk around the mountain and sometimes walk into the heart of the mountain. Every minute is immersed in the shock and wonder brought by the spectacular.

Imagine if it was in ancient times, was this the secret place where Xian Xia practiced, and how many scenes in martial arts TV series would be staged here? The rock wall eroded by water drops from unknown sources is bathed with moss from the sunshine in the first sight ...

The cool mountain wind blowing from the cave brings me back to reality. Even though I can't study the story here, I feel lucky to be able to walk through these great rivers and mountains of the motherland with my bags on my back and see the wonders of nature.

4. Harmony of Chongqing City

Besides many mountains, Chongqing is also high in buildings, which are built on mountains and towering like clouds. Under the shadow of the trees, it is scattered, like mushrooms after rain, and it looks very cute.

plants in cities grow at will. There are no traces of artificial restrictions and artificial transplantation. On the contrary, all human building facilities are just a foil, and there is no other space for activities. Citizens accommodate and adapt to the environment, and man and nature are in harmony.

Perhaps this is the alternative wisdom of the people in Shancheng.
