Re-examination of trademark rejection refers to China National Intellectual Property Administration's decision to reject the application for trademark registration of all designated goods (services) or some designated goods (services) after examination. If the applicant for trademark registration refuses to accept it, he may apply for a review. Re-examination of non-registration refers to China National Intellectual Property Administration's decision not to register because it thinks that its objection to all or part of the designated goods (services) is established. If the objector refuses to accept it, he can apply for a second interview. Invalid reexamination means that a trademark registrant may apply for reexamination if he refuses to accept China National Intellectual Property Administration's decision to declare the registered trademark invalid ex officio. Re-examination of the cancellation of a registered trademark means that a party who refuses to accept the decision made by China National Intellectual Property Administration to cancel or not to cancel a registered trademark may apply for re-examination.
