2. There is a 96858 trademark in the upper right corner of the yellow card and the card number starts with 8802. It can be consumed at Shanghai Guangming Convenience, Zhengguanghe or order Zhengguanghe drinking water;

3. The red card face and the card number starting with 8821 can be used in all Auchan supermarkets in Shanghai, as well as Ningbo Auchan Haishu store and Jiangdong store, Hangzhou Auchan Daguan store, Changshu Auchan Huanghe store, and Wuxi Auchan supermarket;

4. The card has the words Longemont Shopping Center in the upper left corner and the card number starts with 8810. It can be used at the Longemont Shopping Center at No. 1018 Changning Road, Shanghai.

Usage Notes:

1. For Smart ordinary cards (yellow card surface and card number starting with 8888), you can go through the renewal procedures at Smart Company and pay a service fee of 10 yuan per card. The validity period is extended for one year, and the service fee can be deducted from the card (the balance in the card must be greater than 10 yuan) or paid in cash. For other co-branded cards or special cards, the co-branded unit shall formulate renewal regulations.

2. For the Home Deli co-branded card (yellow card surface and card number starting with 8801), there are two processing methods: 1. You can pay a 10 yuan cash handling fee at Smart Company, and the validity period will be extended by one Year. 2. You can also go to any Jiadeli store to go through one-time consumption procedures and spend all the money on the card at once, and the cashier will take the card back.

3. For Carrefour special cards (blue card face and card number starting with 8808), you can use it directly at Carrefour stores in East China before the designated time of Carrefour. 4. If your Smart card is damaged, you can go to Smart Company’s customer service center to register the bad card. Smart Company will take back the bad card and issue a replacement voucher. Currently, there is no charge for replacement of damaged cards within one year of the purchase date (and not artificially damaged).
