(2) The Economic Inspection Team of the Guizhou Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce is a county-level administrative agency directly under the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. Mainly responsible for organizing the investigation and handling of pyramid schemes, trademark infringement, illegal advertising, infringement of consumers' legitimate rights and interests, counterfeiting and counterfeiting, food safety, and other economic violations and regulations under the jurisdiction of the industrial and commercial administration authorities. (4) The Trademark Supervision and Administration Bureau of Guizhou Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce is a county-level administrative agency directly under the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. Mainly responsible for the province’s trademark supervision and management. The Trademark Supervision and Administration Bureau of the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce has an administrative establishment of 5 people (taken back from the Xixiu District Administration for Industry and Commerce Branch) and 2 department-level leadership positions.

The Provincial Organization and Establishment Committee Office is responsible for interpreting these regulations, and its adjustments will be handled by the Provincial Organization and Establishment Committee Office in accordance with prescribed procedures.
