1. Formal review: Review the authenticity, completeness, and legality of the materials. If there are no problems, an "Acceptance Notice" will be issued within one and a half months. At this time, the TM can be marked.

2. Substantive examination: Examine the distinctiveness of the trademark and determine whether it is similar or identical to the trademark previously applied for registration.

3. Announcement: Three months to see if anyone objects to the trademark.

If you have passed the above three steps, a trademark registration certificate will be issued. The whole process takes about a year and a half.
