1. The application procedures for the disaster relief fund are as follows:

(1) The applicant needs to know which government agency is responsible for applying for the rescue base in his place;

(2) After finding the relevant authorities, the applicant shall provide detailed personal information to prove that the individual really needs assistance in life, and fill in the relevant application form according to the requirements of applying for assistance funds;

(3) If approved, please wait patiently for the approval of relevant departments. Applicants can write personal identification documents and receive assistance from agencies.

2. Legal basis: Article 14 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Assistance Law.

Social assistance objects Social assistance objects include the following families or personnel:

(a) the minimum living guarantee family;

(2) extremely poor people;

(3) low-income families;

(4) Spending poor families;

(5) victims;

(six) vagrants and beggars who have no life;

(seven) families or personnel in temporary difficulties;

(eight) people who need first aid, but whose identity is unknown or unable to pay the expenses;

(9) Other families or persons with special difficulties as determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
