List of 2022 National Natural Science Foundation Announced:

In 2022, the National Natural Science Foundation of China received a total of 294,396 project applications. After preliminary examination and review, it accepted 292,829 projects and finally decided to support 48,208 projects. Jiangsu University applied for the 1040 project in this year's centralized acceptance period and won the 170 project funding.

According to the distribution of departments, the approved projects of Jiangsu University cover 7 departments: Mathematics 15, Chemistry 24, Life 25, Engineering and Materials 66, Information 15, Management 5 and Medicine 20.

Judging from the number of projects approved by various colleges, the School of Energy and Power Engineering ranked first with 19, followed by the School of Food and Biological Engineering with 16, and the School of Mechanical Engineering, the School of Materials Science and Engineering, the School of Automobile and Traffic Engineering and the School of Chemical Engineering all surpassed 10.
