(2) To apply for relief fund to advance funeral expenses, provide the following materials: 1. A copy of the victim's identity certificate or unidentified certificate issued by the public security traffic management department; 3. The victim's death certificate; 4, road traffic accident corpse disposal notice. If the victim's close relatives apply, they shall also provide the identity certificate of the applicant and the certificate of close relatives issued by the local public security organ. Where a funeral institution applies, it shall provide the entrustment certificate of the unit and the identity certificate of the entrusted agent.
