1959 graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (now Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications) math teacher class (junior college) in July, and then worked in the math teaching and research section of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications for three years. /kloc-0 returned to Beijing university of posts and telecommunications in September, 1962.1July, 1965, graduated from the department of radio communication engineering, majoring in radio communication and broadcasting (undergraduate). After graduation, I have been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the radio engineering department of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. 1986 was named as an associate professor, 1988 was named as a professor, and 198 1 to 1984, as a public visiting scholar, went to the University of Slakuz for further study. 1 September 1995-1September 1996 was invited to give lectures and engage in scientific research at Nagoya University of Technology in Japan1year. During his visit to Japan, he published four papers. 1June 1989 and1June 1994 went to San Jose, California, USA and Sehter, Washington, USA to attend the IEEE AP-S/URI international academic conference, and * * * reported 4 papers at these two conferences. Professor Cao Wei has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in electromagnetic theory, antenna, electromagnetic compatibility, radio wave propagation and microwave technology for a long time, especially in computer solving electromagnetic problems. Undergraduate courses such as electromagnetic field theory, optimization method, microwave technology foundation, and postgraduate courses such as functional method in engineering analysis, theory and application of moment method, numerical calculation method of electromagnetic field, antenna CAA, DAD, etc. He has published many papers 1 10 in various journals and academic conferences at home and abroad. As the project leader, there are 15 completed and ongoing scientific research projects. Among them, the completed National Natural Science Foundation project "Computer Aided Analysis and Design of High-performance Waveguide Devices" has reached the international advanced level, and the "Passive Diffraction Grating" developed in cooperation with 532 Post and Telecommunications Factory is the first diffraction grating applied to posts and telecommunications in China. At present, we are cooperating with Guangdong Mobile Communication Bureau to study the propagation characteristics of radio waves in mobile communication, and have achieved phased results. Professor Cao Wei is currently a multinational IEE Fellow, a senior member of the multinational IEEE, the chairman of the Radiation Interference Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the academic committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the national antenna society, the national electromagnetic compatibility society, the teaching steering committee of the engineering electronics specialty of the National University, the teaching steering committee of the communication specialty of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the China branch of the Field and Wave Committee of the International Radio Science Union, and the editorial board of Radio Science Journal. Adjunct professor of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, visiting researcher of "National Key Laboratory of National Defense Technology Antenna and Microwave" of Fourth Institute of Electronics 1. 1992 was awarded the special allowance of the state Council, 1993 was awarded the title of outstanding academic leader in Jiangsu province, and in the same year, it was also awarded the title of outstanding graduate tutor in Jiangsu province. 1994 was selected into the who's who of the world, and in the same year, it was elected as an academician of the New York Academy of Sciences.
