Wang Zhiping, male,1born in June, 1958, is from Shanghai. Doctor of management, professor, expert enjoying special allowance from the State Council, member of the evaluation group of applied economics of Shanghai Academic Degrees Committee. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Ph.D. in management engineering.
