Wang Zhiping, male,1born in June, 1958, is from Shanghai. Doctor of management, professor, expert enjoying special allowance from the State Council, member of the evaluation group of applied economics of Shanghai Academic Degrees Committee. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Ph.D. in management engineering. In 2009, he was a visiting scholar at IREX+0998-1999 in the United States, University of West Virginia in the United States, Albert Foundation in Germany and German School of Economics, and 20 12 in the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. 1978 has been engaged in the management and leadership of government departments, enterprises and institutions for more than 20 years.
