Part 2 Membership Article 4: Apply for membership. Anyone who meets the following conditions can apply to join the Society of Agriculture, Rural Affairs and Rural Affairs: 1. College students at Central South University of Forestry and Technology.

Part 3. Constitution of the Society Article 9: The highest authority of the Society is the General Assembly.
The Board of Directors is the permanent body of the General Assembly and the authority of the Society.
The members of the Board of Directors are senior members who have made great contributions to the Society and have rich work experience; the Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the Joint Committee of Ministers, supervising and guiding the work of the Joint Committee of Ministers, and verifying the financial income and expenditure of the Society.
The Ministerial Joint Committee is composed of the president, vice president and the ministers of the four functional departments, which is the highest executive and decision-making body of the society.
It has four permanent functional agencies including the Secretariat, Rural Survey Department, Academic Exchange Department, and Propaganda Department.
Responsibilities and composition of the Joint Committee of Ministers: The Joint Committee of Ministers is the management and coordination body of the society and is responsible to the Council.
Coordinate the work of various departments of the association and urge each department to implement the work plan of the association.
Help the smooth implementation and improvement of the association's activities and ensure that the project implementation is consistent with the association's goals; responsible for convening the membership meeting and jointly formulating the association's annual development goals.
The ministerial joint meeting is composed of the president, vice president, league secretary and project director, as well as ministers of various functional departments.
Article 10: Responsibilities of the Secretarial Department: Responsible for the daily management and operation of the society.
It is the "office" and "data room" of the society. It organizes and keeps various documents, materials and shared resources of the society, and keeps records of each society activity.
Article 11: Responsibilities of the Rural Survey Department: organize various social survey activities for members of the society, integrate existing resources of the society, team building, organize various study and seminars related to research, and be responsible for editing the agricultural support manual used in going to the countryside every year

Article 12: Responsibilities of the Academic Exchange Department: organize academic exchange meetings, lectures and agriculture, rural areas and farmers forums of the society.
