When the property management office examines the owner's application, it needs to verify whether the owner's application meets the requirements, including whether the application amount exceeds the requirements and whether it meets the scope of use. If the owner's application meets the requirements, the Property Management Office shall be responsible for examination and approval, and allocate relevant expenses from the maintenance fund.
