Set up 1 self-service machines in 7 districts including Dongcheng, Xicheng and Chaoyang

The first batch of 1 self-service terminals were selected in 7 districts of Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, Shijingshan and Tongzhou. According to the relevant person in charge of Beijing Municipal Affairs Service Bureau, the site selection principle of self-service terminal is "high population density, many business needs and multi-level coverage". The government service centers in the above seven districts and some street (township) and community (village) level government service places have been installed, covering the three-level government service places in districts, towns and villages, and some outlets can also provide 7×24 hours service.

It is understood that due to its large area, Chaoyang District has set up 15 self-service terminals, 2 district-level government service halls, 1 street township and 1 community.

Enterprises and citizens can handle 17 high-frequency and high-heat government services such as printing photocopies of electronic business licenses, inquiring and printing information of social security contributions of units, inquiring about individual deposit of housing provident fund, handling monthly repayment amount of housing loan adjustment, and inquiring about personal rights and interests records. "Putting in self-service terminals can not only make it convenient for enterprises and citizens to handle it nearby, but also free government window staff from heavy, simple and repetitive work, concentrate on handling more complicated business for enterprises and the masses, and strengthen consultation and guidance." The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Affairs Service Bureau said that 1 self-service terminals are expected to handle about 24, pieces each year, which can save the cost. During the year, we will strive to provide no less than 15 self-service items of government services for the convenience of enterprises and citizens, and the self-service items will continue to expand in the future.

The government service department has also cooperated with China Construction Bank Beijing Branch to open the government service function at the smart teller machines in 11 outlets in 16 districts of Beijing, providing 96 services including legal services, marriage registration and appointment, transportation and construction, and will cover all outlets of CCB in the future.

In addition, 999 items of government services from more than 5 departments at the municipal level in Beijing have been stationed in the lobby of Beijing Government Service Center, and the occupancy rate is close to 9%.
