Lei Changqun, male, born in 1964, Wenxi, Shanxi, is an engineer of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree from China University of Mining and Technology, a professor-level senior engineer, a winner of the special government allowance of the State Council, a winner of the "Hundred Million Talents Project" of seven national ministries and commissions, and an outstanding young science and technology award from Sun Science and Technology Education Fund of China Association for Science and Technology.
