State-owned enterprises will pay the corresponding profits to the state according to the operating conditions of the enterprises and the requirements of relevant regulations. In addition to collecting part of the operating profits of state-owned enterprises as the operating income of state-owned capital, the share dividends and property rights transfer income of state-owned enterprises also belong to the operating income of state-owned capital.
