If a motor vehicle driver’s points do not reach 12 points within a scoring period and the fines imposed have been paid, the points will be cleared; if the points have not reached 12 points but there are still fines that have not been paid, the points will be transferred to the driver. If a motor vehicle driver has a record of 12 points during the internship period, his or her internship driving qualification will be cancelled. If the canceled driving qualification does not belong to the highest permitted driving type, his driving qualification for the highest permitted driving type shall also be canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article 68, Paragraph 1.
