This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging and transportation requirements of sugar for futures trading.
This standard is applicable to white sugar produced with sugarcane or beet as direct or indirect raw materials.

3 requirements
3. 1 sugar for futures trading is divided into two types according to technical requirements: first-class and second-class * * *.
3.2 Sensory indicators:

-coarse grain: 0.80 ~ 2.50mm
-large grain: 0.63 ~1.60 mm;
-medium grain: 0.45 ~1.25mm;

-Fine particles: 0.14 ~ 0.45mm.
3.2.2 The crystal grain or its aqueous solution tastes sweet and has no peculiar smell.

3.4 Hygienic requirements
The indexes of sulfur dioxide, arsenic, lead, copper, total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, pathogenic bacteria and mites in white sugar shall be implemented according to GB 13 104, with yeast (cfu/g)≤25 and mold (cfu/g)≤25.
4 inspection method
4. 1 sensory project
Inspection shall be carried out according to GB3 17.
4.2 Physical and Chemical Projects
The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3 17. The turbidity of white sugar sample = X 1-X2, where X 1 is the attenuation index of the solution before filtration, and MAU and X2 are the color indexes of the sugar solution after microporous membrane filtration, MAU. The unit of turbidity of white sugar sample is milliattenuation unit (MAU), and the calculation result is an integer. The difference between the two measurements should not exceed 10% of its average.
4.3 Sulfur dioxide, arsenic, lead and copper
Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5009.55.
4.4 Total number of colonies, coliforms, pathogenic bacteria, yeasts and molds
The inspection shall be in accordance with GB/T4789. 1, GB/T4789.2, GB/T4789.3, GB/T4789.4, GB/T4789. 10, GB/T4789./KL.
4.5 mites
The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3 17.
5 inspection rules
The ex-factory inspection of sugar futures shall be carried out in accordance with GB3 17 Ex-factory Inspection, and all items meet the requirements of physical and chemical indicators.
6 signs, labels, packaging, storage and transportation
6. 1 signs and labels
The label of sugar for futures delivery shall comply with the provisions of GB77 18 and shall include the following contents:
A) product name;
B) level;
C) Net content (kg or g);
D) The name and address of the legally registered packaging or distribution unit;
E) product standard number;
F) date of production.
6.2 packaging
6.2. 1 packaging bag
Sugar futures delivery must be packaged in packaging bags that meet the hygiene standards, and there should be strong outer packaging bags (such as woven bags).
Packaging measurement
Sugar for futures delivery, 50 kg in single package. The negative deviation of single net content shall not exceed 100g, and the average deviation of batch shall be greater than or equal to zero.
6.3 For each batch of sugar delivered in the future, the manufacturer shall attach the product certificate and the description of transportation and storage conditions.
6.4 storage and transportation
When the sugar futures are delivered and put into storage, the sugar transport tools must be clean and dry. It is strictly forbidden to transport white sugar mixed with harmful, toxic, odorous and other easily polluted items. When transported by ship, there should be a cushion under the sugar pile to prevent moisture.
