1. Create a new EXCEL table and open it. (You can also open an existing EXCEL table. )

2. Select Data-AutoText in turn, and then import the payment details downloaded from CCB. As shown in the figure:

3. Select the division symbol. (The distribution details of China Construction Bank are divided by | and spaces. In addition, the length of the name of each record is different from the length of the allocated amount, because a fixed length cannot be selected. )

4. Select a space in the check box, enter | in another column by holding down the shift key, then press | (it is the button to the right of}), and then click Next.

5. Select Text as the Column Data Data Format, and then click Finish. (If it is normal, the card number will be treated as data, showing a scientific counting method. )

6. Select the input starting cell, and then click OK.
