3. The account has three or more consumption records in the last three months;

The basic conditions for applying for adjusting (increasing) the permanent credit limit of Everbright Credit Card are:

1. The account has been opened for more than 180 days (inclusive) and there is no lock code;

2. The account has three or more consumption records in the last three months;

3. The utilization rate of the average monthly credit line in the last three months is not less than 30%;
