Generally, if the cardholder makes credit card repayment through ICBC mobile banking or online banking, he can only choose the debit card account of China Industrial and Commercial Bank as the repayment account. If there is no industrial and commercial debit card account, cardholders cannot choose a repayment account when using mobile banking to make repayment.

2. if the cardholder finds that ICBC's credit card repayment account cannot be selected, he can contact ICBC's customer service staff for consultation. When cardholders use ICBC mobile banking or online banking for repayment, they can only choose ICBC debit card account as repayment account. In the absence of an industrial and commercial savings card, cardholders cannot choose a repayment account when using mobile banking to repay.

3. If the cardholder does not have an industrial and commercial debit card account and cannot choose a repayment account, the credit card repayment can be completed through a third-party channel.
