1. Cash withdrawal at the counter:

Cardholders can withdraw RMB from the counter of Bank of Communications outlets with their credit cards and transaction passwords. In foreign countries, you can go to the bank counter with VISA or MasterCard logo, and withdraw local currency or equivalent foreign currency with valid ID card and Bank of Communications credit card.

2. Counter transfer:

The cardholder can transfer the RMB funds in the credit card to other bank card accounts at the counter of the outlet with the Bank of Communications credit card and transaction password.
