2. Cardholders need to register with ABC Pocket Bank, log in to the "Credit Card" column of Pocket Bank (formerly nearby column), select the ETC toll monthly ticket in "Enjoy the World", and use the ETC credit card (activated) that binds ETC business and deducts the toll to enjoy the discount.

3. To receive the ETC toll monthly ticket, you need to deduct 1 points from the cardholder's credit card account at the same time. If the points are not enough, you can't get it. After successfully receiving the ETC toll monthly ticket, if the monthly ticket is not used, the deducted points will not be returned.

4. The ETC toll monthly ticket will be issued monthly, and it will take effect from the time when the cardholder successfully collects it until the end of the current month. The ETC toll deduction during the validity period of the monthly ticket can enjoy a discount (if the monthly ticket for the next month is collected in advance, it will take effect from : on the 1st of the following month to the end of the next month).

8. The ETC toll concessions enjoyed by cardholders are provided by the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) and the expressways in various provinces and cities. If the discount range provided by the expressways in various provinces and cities changes during the activity, ABC will only provide discounts to cardholders according to its own discount.

9. Private car owners are only allowed to enjoy preferential treatment, while operating vehicles such as trucks and buses are not allowed to enjoy preferential treatment.
