1. Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Telegraphic transfer means we transfer money directly to Australian universities. Now basically all Australian universities have their own wire transfer accounts, and then our account If you have Australian dollars or RMB on your bank account, you can make a wire transfer. After paying by wire transfer, Australian universities usually receive it within 3-5 days, and the CoE will be sent to everyone within 1-2 weeks after receiving the money.
So, how to make a wire transfer payment?
First of all, after we receive the university offer, it will clearly indicate how much money we have to pay and the deadline for payment. Wait, for example, the following offer from the University of Queensland tells us how much we have to pay and the deadline:
In addition, the offer also gives the school’s account information:
Once you know how much money you need to pay and the school's account, you can start the operation. We can give the Australian university account information to the bank staff and let the bank help us remit the money, or we can do it ourselves through mobile banking, and the bank will automatically exchange the currency and transfer the money.
A certain handling fee will be charged for wire transfer. Domestic banks will charge about RMB 100-150 for 10,000 Australian dollars, and Australian banks will charge about 15 Australian dollars.
Because wire transfer has an account number with the name of the university on it, everyone trusts it; and it can be operated at the bank or on a mobile phone and is more convenient, so many friends choose wire transfer when paying tuition.
2. Credit card payment
There is another way to pay tuition fees on the Australian university offer acceptance form: credit card payment.
Some schools' offer acceptance forms ask everyone to provide their credit card account information. Fill in our credit card information on it, and the school will swipe the card to charge.
Basically all Australian universities accept credit cards, but not many require students to fill in credit card information on the offer acceptance form like the one above.
Another way is to use the credit card to pay fees in the school system according to the link provided by the school. For example, the University of Sydney uses this method:
Log in to the University of Sydney school system After that, click 'My Applications' - 'Respond to offer', then click deposit fee - please pay $17793:
Select Pay now:
We will be prompted that there is a 0.8 procedure Fee (different schools have different handling fees), select yes:
Then continue to click Process Payment to complete the payment:
After payment, provide the payment screenshot to the consultants and consultants I will help you apply for CoE.
The advantage of credit card payment is that it is faster to download the CoE. For example, if you swipe your credit card on the University of Sydney system, the CoE will come out tomorrow after you swipe it today; if you ask the school to swipe it for three to five days, the CoE will come out.
But it usually costs 40,000 to 50,000 yuan to swipe a credit card. As a student, your credit card limit may not be that high, so you can also swipe your parents' credit card.
3. Western Union Transfer
Western Union Bank in the United States has cooperated with many Australian universities. Most Australian universities support payment of tuition fees and application fees through Western Union Bank.
Some Australian university offers will give us a payment link, which will link to the payment page specially set up by Western Union for Australian universities.
Western Union Bank of New South Wales payment page
The payment page will have payment methods for different countries. For example, if you choose China, you will have UnionPay, Alipay, bank transfer, etc. There will also be ordinary wire transfers, but the transaction currencies are only US dollars and RMB.
Be careful when using Western Union Bank to pay tuition fees:
Western Union Bank will conduct a secondary review. At that time, the bank will confirm with you whether it is paying tuition fees to Australian universities. At this time Explain clearly.
If the purpose of the funds is not clearly explained, the tuition fees will be refunded by the bank.
Currently, the University of Sydney, University of New South Wales, Monash University, University of Adelaide, etc. all accept Western Union remittances.
4. Money order
A money order is a bill we use to remit money to an Australian university. You can go to Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, etc. to write a money order payable to an Australian university, and then ask the vice president of the bank Just sign and courier the original money order to the Australian university.
Generally, after drawing a money order, everyone writes their name and student number in pencil on the back of the money order, then scans the electronic version and sends it to our consultant, who then sends the electronic version to the university. The CoE will be issued to everyone electronically first.
The original copy of the money order needs to be sent to an Australian university. For example, the Australian National University requires that after the electronic version is scanned, the original needs to be sent to the school’s admissions office:
I would like to remind everyone that sending a money order The original document may be lost or sent to the wrong address when sent to the school, so you must track it in time after sending it.
At present, few schools use money orders, but some schools, such as the University of Sydney and the Australian National University, can still accept money orders for payment.
I hope it will be helpful to you and hope you will adopt it.
