If you need to apply for the Great Wall Cross-border International Debit Card, you can go to a Bank of China branch with your valid identity document to apply for the card. The Platinum Card is mainly issued to customers with financial assets of more than 200,000 yuan or customers who deposit an equivalent of more than 10,000 yuan when opening the card; customers who hold Bank of China or other commercial banks' platinum cards or various bank cards of above level You can apply for a platinum card directly with your card. Other ordinary customers (such as overseas students) can be issued gold card products. The gold card is the same as the UnionPay debit card, and there is no minimum deposit required for account opening.
